Can you ship Internationally?
- We are based in NYC and we are currently only shipping within the US via USPS.
- Orders over $35 will have free shipping! (U.S. only)
- The Everyday Ornament is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once orders leave our location and off to USPS they are no longer in our control. Please ensure you have entered the shipping address correctly before you checkout.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
-The Everyday Ornament does not accept returns, or exchanges. These can only be returned if there has been an error on our part, such as a spelling mistake or if the item is faulty. We unfortunately cannot accept returns on these items if the error has not been made by us as these cannot be sold to anyone else due to them being personalised.
If for some reason you are unhappy regarding the quality of the personalised item or simply want to ask any questions regarding the item then please contact us on the e-mail address below and we will be happy to try to rectify the situation.
How long will it take me to get my order?
- Since all of our products are handmade-to-order, orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (this excludes bulk orders).
- Once your order is processed and shipped out you will receive an email with tracking information.
Can I cancel or change my order?
There are a number of stages during the order and checkout process where the customer can check to make sure the text and information is all correct before finalising their order. You can also contact us within 24 hours to cancel or change the information that was received.
